云南没有海,所以我们吃的大多是河鲜。小河虾,草鱼,罗非鱼等。但我家人特别贪恋这口水里的鲜甜,特别是秋天这肥美的螃蟹。在石屏有几户养大闸蟹的人家,价格是外省的一半,市场价平均下来也就12左右一只,我捞了32只大闸蟹,叔叔只收了我300块钱。又在市场上买了些梭子蟹和缅甸螃蟹一起做几道菜,这一桌真的是鲜掉眉毛了! 这是大鱼大肉系列的第一期,拍这一系列的内容是因为,我真的太爱吃肉了,真的是无肉不欢,也希望你们也可以感受到肉带来的幸福和快乐~ ※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. 作为云南人来说,摘椰子是个多新鲜的事呀,这是我第一次爬到这么高的树上,第一次摘椰子。9月版纳的街头巷尾,都能买到10块钱一个的大椰子,云南菜里用到椰子的,也就是泡鲁达了,而且还是一个舶来品。不过当地人也会做一些椰子的美食招待外地客人。爷爷奶奶是第一次喝椰子、第一次吃新鲜椰子做的菜,我也觉得新鲜,椰子椰壳能做的都统统做了一遍~ ※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. For Yunnan people, it's a novel experience to pick coconuts. This is my first time to climb onto such a tall tree and pick coconuts. In September, you can find big coconuts sold in many places here in Xishuangbanna. They are usually sold at the price of 10 yuan. When speaking of Yunnan cuisines, we only use coconuts when making Paoluda. But the dish is still not native to the place. We locals can also make some coconut dishes to treat others. There's a lemon orchard near my home. The owner said it's not a harvest year so they didn't ask workers to help pick the fruits. Some lemons got ripe and dropped onto the ground and some began to rot while still hanging on the trees. I went to pick a basket of lemons. They have very thin peels and full juicy flesh with refreshing fragrance. Though lemons are fruits, we usually use them as a sour spice here in Yunnan. 绝大多数人知道攀枝花,是因为它是四川的一个城市。其实,它还是一种好看的植物。常见的攀枝花是红色的,少数是淡红色,前两年第一次见到黄色的攀枝花。这次一起摘了不同颜色的花,做上一桌攀枝花的美味。 我们当地会做各种各样的“帽子”,这次特意制作了猪肉酱帽子,每次煮面煮米线时放上一勺,别提有多开心了。 家里把猪圈和牛圈拆了重新改造一下,之后也会在每期视频里有一些改造的进度,希望最后出来的样子,你们也喜欢! ※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. For most people, bombax flower is the name of a city in Sichuan province. However, it is also a plant with pretty flowers. The majority bombax flowers are red, with some light red ones. I also found some yellow flowers two years ago. So I picked bombax flowers of different colors and made some dishes with them. Here in Yunnan, we are good at making various “caps”.
